You are a class member if:
- During the period from October 1, 2006 to the present, you were a Georgia resident and a Georgia Natural Gas (“GNG”) residential customer and were charged a natural gas customer service charge that exceeded GNG’s published charge;
and/or
- You were a Variable Market Plan residential customer who, from December 1, 2006 to the present, was charged by GNG a price for natural gas (per therm) that exceeded GNG’s published price effective at the beginning of your billing cycle.
