If you are or were employed by The Sherwin-Williams Company as an hourly employee at a retail store in California at any time from April 8, 2004 through November 10, 2011, you are eligible to participate in a class action settlement.
In this settlement Sherwin-Williams will make a total payment of $2,950,000. To receive your share of the payment, you must submit your Claim Form on or before January 30, 2012.
You have four options with regard to this settlement
- SUBMIT A CLAIM FORM BY JANUARY 30, 2012
- OBJECT TO THE SETTLEMENT
- REQUEST EXCLUSION FROM THE SETTLEMENT
- DO NOTHING – If you do nothing you will not receive any money, but you will still waive all claims covered by the Settlement.
