If you are or were employed by The Sherwin-Williams Company as an hourly employee at a retail store in California at any time from April 8, 2004 through November 10, 2011, you are eligible to participate in a class action settlement.

In this settlement Sherwin-Williams will make a total payment of $2,950,000. To receive your share of the payment, you must submit your Claim Form on or before January 30, 2012.

You have four options with regard to this settlement

OBJECT TO THE SETTLEMENT
REQUEST EXCLUSION FROM THE SETTLEMENT
DO NOTHING – If you do nothing you will not receive any money, but you will still waive all claims covered by the Settlement.
